We must “Return to the Well”, how? REST. it’s not just ok, it’s a necessity,
just simply relax. We call it "Self Care", take a day to just take care of you. I know it can be difficult, but if you allow yourself to become depleted (that's the well running dry bit) then what? We become sick, exhausted and sad. So book a massage then call me.
